Cut red plums and gut 2 pieces of the filling.
1 cup raspberry
1 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons minced pistachios, without salt
3 coarsely torn mint leaves
How to do
Mix plums, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, orange juice and cinnamon. Leave the mixture into the meat for 15 minutes.
